  • Eligibility: You may return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2. Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange and receive an RMA number.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us for exchange. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.

3. Refunds:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return criteria and are approved after inspection.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for clearance or final sale items.
